Paratus Solutions LLC (PARATUS) provides information technology (IT) and communications services to support the Commander, Naval Forces Japan (CNFJ)/ Commander, Navy Region Japan (CNRJ).  PARATUS provides services to support the CNFJ/ CNRJ IT Program that is responsible for IT Systems, Cybersecurity/ Information Assurance, Base Communications, and Land Mobile Radio operations and management.  PARATUS also provides all aspects of IT systems operation and management to include management, oversight, and implementation of the OCONUS Navy Enterprise Network (ONE-NET) for CNFJ/ CNRJ and installations, activities and detachments located throughout the area of responsibility (AOR).

Paratus Solutions LLC (PARATUS) provides the Office of Partnership and Engagement (OPE) and the Public Complaint and Feedback System (PCFS) Working Group with data analytics, dashboard, strategic communications and program management support.  In this capacity, PARATUS provides the full spectrum of management consulting support to OPE.   PARATUS support the PCFS WG capture key outcomes and solutions to augment the processes and systems that are in place at the component-level to enhance public compliant and feedback (PCF) awareness across the DHS Enterprise for components that have public facing operational systems and equities. PARATUS provides a collection of services designed to develop and implement tools, with a concentrated focus on increasing best practices and awareness among select audiences on key PCF matters.

Paratus Solutions LLC (PARATUS) supported the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Grant Programs Directorate (GPD) effort to conduct a comprehensive grant program review and develop policy options to enhance the impact and effectiveness of FEMA grant programs. The policy changes that resulted from this review  ensured that FEMA GPD directed preparedness grant dollars consistent with the all- hazard threat and risk environment.  Paratus provided business and operations analysis and change management support.

PARATUS provides Agile Software Development services to the Department of Veterans Affairs Community Care (VACC).  PARATUS provides development in support of proven core administration and workflow tools that provide automation and business analytics in near real time.  Following industry standard communication protocols and tools to optimize efficiency and avoid risk, PARATUS supports the development of a highly automated system to be used to validate healthcare services and pharmacy prescription invoices submitted by the contracted Community Care Networks.

PARATUS also provides support to the VA’s Business Intelligence Service Line (BISL) Corporate Data Warehouse (CDW) teams.  The Corporate Data Warehouse (CDW) is a central collection of standardized databases integrating key enterprise-wide clinical, administrative, and financial data to provide a unified view of VA.  The CDW strategy includes standard information, standard architectures, and standard tools that management needs to have access to data to support management decision making.  Core services include development and implementation of Structured Query Language (SQL) Server Integration Services (SSIS) Enterprise Architecture, SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) Enterprise Architecture, Pyramid Analytics Enterprise Architecture, Geospatial Information System (GIS) Enterprise Architecture, and SharePoint Enterprise Architecture.  Core services also include Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) programming using SSIS to support adding new data domains to the CDW, creation and maintenance of SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) cubes, CDW Enclave Windows System Administration services, and Cache Shadow support services.

PARATUS provides business systems analysis and business process re-engineering services to the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Chief Financial Office Resource Center (CFORC).  Under this contract PARATUS helps bridge the gap between a dynamic mission environment with the rapid pace of technological changes.  PARATUS supports the streamlining of business processes and procedures along with the integration of financial and acquisition business systems. Finally, PARATUS provides business process research to include improvement/ reengineering, independent systems evaluation to consider current systems and commercial solutions, change management and systems integration.

PARATUS provides Microsoft Azure Cloud SME support to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). Under this project PARATUS provides infrastructure support on a development project to build an artificial intelligence (AI)/ machine learning (ML) platform to detect nefarious actors attempting to manipulate the energy markets for financial gain. PARATUS supports the migration from on premise to a hybrid-cloud and cloud solution to support the AI/ ML platform.

Paratus Solutions LLC (PARATUS) provided full service applications support to the U.S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Foreign Agriculture Service (FAS).  PARATUS delivered new applications, improvements, development and enhancements, bug-fixes, and user support for existing FAS IT applications.  PARATUS focused on full life-cycle application development and solution support, business process analysis and re-engineering, and end user support and training.  PARATUS also provided operational support and maintenance activities for the  FAS Application Portfolio and any future applications developed along with the legacy applications.
